Everyone in the organization can view the Members page. Only owners and admins can invite people, change roles, or remove members.
Invite a member
- Open Members in the sidebar, or press ⌘K and choose Invite member.
- Under Invite a member, enter the person’s email address.
- Choose a Role: Member or Admin.
- Select Send invitation.
To accept, the recipient signs in, or creates an account, with the invited email address.
Invitations expire. Accepted, canceled, and expired invitations are under the settled invitations toggle in Invitations.
To resend a pending invitation, select Resend in its row. This restarts its expiry; the earlier link keeps working until the invitation is accepted, canceled, or expires.
Change a role
- On Members, find the person, or use Filter by name or email.
- Open the row’s actions menu and select Make admin or Make member. Owners also see Make owner.
- Confirm the change.
Only owners can make someone an owner. An organization can have several owners, all with the same access. You can’t change your own role or an owner’s role from the dashboard. See Roles and permissions for what each role can do.
Remove a member
Open the row’s actions menu, select Remove member, and confirm. The person immediately loses access to the organization, including any agents they connected. Their past runs and audit history stay in place.
You can’t remove owners or yourself here. To leave, see Leave an organization.
With Enterprise SSO, also remove the person in your identity provider or deactivate them through SCIM; otherwise their next SSO sign-in adds them back.
Organization settings
Settings shows the organization’s name, slug, ID, and your role. Owners and admins can change the Organization name and Organization slug.
Leave an organization
Under Danger zone, select Leave organization and type the organization slug to confirm. To return, you need a new invitation.
Leave organization is unavailable to the only owner. Make another member an owner first (Make owner in their row on Members). If you’re the only member, invite someone and make them an owner once they accept. You can’t delete an organization from the dashboard.
